Royal St Georges was in fine form this weekend for the second Halford Hewitt trial against Kings but we came out on the losing side 3-1.
With all games going to the last two holes, the fixture could easily have gone the other way but for the odd shot in each match. With no second round to make up the deficit the OWs fell short at the historic Open Championship venue.
